working on utilizing the legs. power comes from the ground. transferred from legs to the bar. complete full extension and let the legs do their work before using upper body. in fact the upper body should NOT be utilized to accelerate the bar up. arms are like strings at the initiation of the movement and at the acceleration of the bar.
