amrap chest 2 bar pull-up 48 unbroken (PR), should concentrate on keeping beat during butterfly, then when starting to kip, focus on dynamic action of the hip to bring chest to bar, else arms are too tired to continue motion.

concentrating on bar placement and exploiting the ground. still not utilizing legs enough!
