17-Dec - Olift comp - got to love the suit!!
Competing at 62kg… was 1.3kg overweight!… had to lose the weight in 45min (dehydration, spitting and swathing). Felt light headed, loosing concentration.

* too moch adrenaline, too much power so lost the bar at the back. did not like being "hit" before the lift, it took my focus away and became violent. wanted to punch Pierre!… just a reaction from physical contact. normal reaction from JKD training. beast mode/animal reaction in a stressful environment, did not need violence but focus my nervous energy into the lift, one split of a second in a CONTROLLED way!
** over compensated from previous lift, lost the bar in front - still didn't enjoy being hit!.
