snatch pulls, focusing on the opening, letting the bar travel on a straight line, clearing the knees and finding the point of contact to use legs/ground to generate the power

Snatch - at light weight, the technique is ok... when heavy, rely too much on strength and so go back to old habits... by fear?... or just a neurological pattern that is hard to break... why?
