150 Wall balls (20lbs to 10' target)

90 Double-unders

30 Muscle-ups

253 reps - finish the WB in 7:30 - all DU unbroken - failed 2 MU

PM - camera battery died
7 min amrap

6 hspu
9 ghd sit ups

i think i mange to complete 8 rounds + 9. felt strong i could have continued with this pace for another 3 min.
