Had to shut it down... felt that my nervous system was shutting down, the load used in the back squats was too high. I also believe that i have not recuperated to 100% and instead of helping to get better i sunk myself a bit deeper. At first i believed i was in a better condition then when starting the front squats. On the 255 set, i could no longer keep my back engaged... could have badly injured myself if i would have continued. Happy that i stop.
