Note that this weekend (24 and 25 Sept) was the xfit Level 1 certification housed at l'usine. For this reason i was training at noon or after the lectures were completed. During the noon training, it was rushed and it was very hard to remain focus. Afternoon wods were better though after an entire day of sitting down, it was hard to start the engine...
